Obscure Cutie: Binky

The youngest of the main characters of Pocket Dragon Adventures. What's strange is that in some episodes, the design of the characters would change. So this picture here is a different design as well. Still, Binky is very cute, but not overly cute. The show really needs to be a Complete DVD Series.
